经过30天的海上作业，由国家电网福建省第二电力建设公司承建的厦门进岛电力第一通道扩建工程——220千伏海底电缆敷设项目的最后1根海缆，于6月26日在厦门岛顺利登陆。

　　为适应厦门经济特区城市建设，特别是岛内持续提高的用电需求，5月底开始，由国家电网福建省第二电力建设公司在厦门东部海域，对原有的进岛第一电力通道进行扩建增容改造，工程西起集美东至厦门岛高崎，跨越厦门东部海域，采用3根国内现今最大截面为2500平方毫米、外径172毫米的220千伏铜芯海底电缆，工程入海敷设的中间水域距离达到3.3公里，其输电容量达600万千伏安，与原来的双分裂海缆相比，可少占用海域面积37.5公顷，供电能力将提高约2.5倍。

　　国家电网福建省第二电力建设公司厦门项目部在工程施工中，使用自带海底埋设机的载重3000吨的特殊电缆敷设作业船，通过GPS、传感器等设备有效准确控制敷设路径和埋设深度,并首创在海上用波浪型敷设电缆的施工方法。施工人员克服了潮差大、风浪高、暴雨多以及酷热等困难，比原计划提前9天完成施工任务，为我国今后同类型海底电缆的敷设，提供了新的经验。

　　该项目总投资5.32亿元， 是“十一五”期间厦门电网规划建设的重大项目，也是国家电网公司服务厦门经济特区内外一体化建设，持续推动海峡西岸经济区建设的又一重大举措。工程竣工后将使厦门进岛电力第一通道由原来的一回路海底电缆改变为双回路海底电缆供电，大大提高福建电网向岛内的输送能力和供电安全可靠性，为厦门经济特区扩大到全市提供坚强的电力保障。

After completion of the project will power the first channel of Xiamen Island into a loop from a double submarine cable circuit to change the submarine cable power supply, greatly improve the delivery of the island in Fujian power grid capacity and reliability of electricity supply security for the expansion of the Xiamen Special Economic Zone to provide a strong power to protect the city.
